Terms of Service
NaagMoney — Championship Multiplayer io Game
Last updated: October 01, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or playing NaagMoney ("the Game", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. Virtual Currency & In-Game Items
The Game features virtual currencies and tokens including Chips and Virtual Tickets.
- Chips and tickets are strictly virtual amusement tokens. They have zero monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cash-settled for real-world fiat currency.
- Trading, transferring, or selling virtual chips, accounts, or items outside official in-game mechanisms is strictly prohibited.
- Season Resets: Chip wallets and rankings are subject to scheduled championship resets (published annually, resetting on January 1) to maintain competitive fairness.
3. In-App Purchases & Time Passes
NaagMoney provides optional in-app purchases (IAP) of ad-free Time Passes, billed via Google Play Billing on Android or the Apple App Store (StoreKit) on iOS. Chips and Virtual Tickets are earned through gameplay, rewards, and optional ads — they are never sold for real money.
Each Time Pass bundles a fixed allotment of Virtual Tickets that is credited to your account upon successful server-side verification of the purchase receipt. A Time Pass grants a time-limited ad-free entitlement that stacks from the purchase date or your current pass expiry, whichever is later.
Pricing and billing terms are presented before purchase in your local currency as determined by your app store provider. You can restore previous non-consumable purchases (such as active Time Passes) via the Restore Purchases button in the Go Ad-Free panel.
4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
To protect our community and competitive arena integrity, players agree not to:
- Use bots, automated scripts, aim assists, speedhacks, or modified clients.
- Exploit network glitches, coordinate match-fixing, or engage in chip-dumping rings.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players or administrators.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or intercept server protocol communications.
Violations will result in immediate penalty, chip forfeiture, or permanent account ban.
5. User Content
The Game may let you create and share content with other players — for example clan chat messages and gameplay Clips (a title, a description, and a link to your external channel, or an auto-generated match card). You remain the owner of the content you create.
By posting or submitting content, you grant NaagMoney a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, showcasing, and moderating the Game (including the Clips gallery and in-game features). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared with other players or retained in routine backups for a limited period.
You must not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights. User clips are reviewed by our moderation team before they become publicly visible, and clan chat may be monitored to enforce these Terms. We may remove any content and restrict any account that violates these rules.
To report offensive content or abusive players, contact us at support@naagmoney.com — include the player's Ledger Tag and a screenshot or link if possible. We review every report.
6. Account Management & Deletion
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may terminate and delete your account at any time directly in the app via Profile → Delete Account or by contacting support.
Upon account deletion, all personal identifiers, match records, inventory, banked chips, and passes are permanently erased or anonymized.
7. Limitation of Liability
NaagMoney is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free, or error-free gameplay. Under no circumstances shall the operators or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Game.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Section 9 applies to any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game. The parties agree to attempt informal resolution first and, failing that, to resolve disputes by binding arbitration, subject to the carve-outs below. Placeholders marked in brackets must be confirmed by the operator before launch — the operator's default choice is shown as a starting point and may be changed by signed amendment.
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be confirmed by the operator before launch; default: the laws of the Republic of India], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The operator's registered place of business is in India (Asia/Calcutta timezone), so India is the default reference; the operator may replace this with another jurisdiction after consulting counsel.
9.2 Jurisdiction / Courts
Subject to Section 9.4 (Arbitration) and to any mandatory consumer-protection rule that gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in your local courts, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [same jurisdiction placeholder — default: the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered place of business in India] for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration under Section 9.4 or that is brought in the "small-claims" or equivalent summary track.
9.3 Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or a court claim (other than for injunctive relief), both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You must contact us at support@naagmoney.com with the subject "Dispute Notice" and a clear description of the issue, your account Ledger Tag, and the relief you want. We will respond within 30 days of receiving the notice. If we cannot resolve the dispute in that period, either party may proceed to arbitration under Section 9.4.
9.4 Arbitration
Any dispute that is not resolved informally under Section 9.3 — except (a) disputes that may be brought in small-claims / equivalent summary courts where the claim is within the small-claims limit, and (b) disputes over the validity, scope, or enforceability of this arbitration clause, which are reserved for a court of competent jurisdiction — will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under [arbitration rules — to be confirmed by the operator; default: the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) where the operator is based in India], by one (1) arbitrator, in the [arbitration seat — default: the seat corresponding to the governing law above] seat, and conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment may be entered on it in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Right to opt out of arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending an email to support@naagmoney.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of the date you first agree to these Terms (or to a materially amended version of these Terms). If you opt out on time, Section 9.4 will not apply to you and any dispute will instead be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction under Section 9.2.
9.5 Class-Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and we agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, representative action, or consolidated action. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, representative, or consolidated proceeding, and any dispute may not be joined with the dispute of any other person.
Severability of this Section 9.5. If a court or arbitrator holds that this class-action waiver is unenforceable in whole or in part as to a particular claim (for example, because consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction does not allow class-action waivers), then that particular claim may proceed in court as a representative or class action to that limited extent, but the rest of this Section 9 (including individual arbitration for all other claims) remains in force.
9.6 Severability
If any provision of these Terms (or any part of a provision) is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or — if it cannot be so modified — severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
9.7 Limitation Period
No claim, cause of action, or dispute may be brought against the operator under these Terms more than one (1) year after the date the cause of action first arose. Where a shorter statutory limitation period applies in your jurisdiction, that shorter period governs; where a longer mandatory statutory limitation period applies that the parties cannot shorten by agreement (for example, certain consumer claims in some jurisdictions), the statutory period governs. The limitation period is tolled during the informal-resolution period under Section 9.3.
10. Entire Agreement & Changes to These Terms
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents expressly referenced in them (including the Privacy Policy, the in-app refund notices, and the published championship rules and season-reset schedule), constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and the operator regarding the Game and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms at https://www.naagmoney.com/terms and, where the change is material, by an in-app announcement or an email to the address on file for your account. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
Acceptance of changes. Your continued access to or use of the Game after the "Last updated" date of a revised version constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Game and delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
