NaagMoney is a free-to-play multiplayer snake battle arena. All in-game currency is virtual chips — they have no real-world value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be cashed out. This policy applies to any purchases made on naagmoney.com.
1. No Real Money Transactions
NaagMoney does not involve real money. Players use virtual chips(earned through gameplay) to participate in arenas. There is no purchase, subscription, or payment required to play. Any payments made through Stripe are for optional cosmetic items (skins, season passes) and ad-free upgrades — not for virtual chips.
2. Virtual Items & Cosmetics
Cosmetic purchases (skins, backgrounds, season pass tiers, ad-free time) aredigital goods delivered instantly to your account. Due to the instant digital nature of these items, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since all purchases are digital and delivered instantly, there is no cancellation period. Once a purchase is completed via Stripe, the digital item is immediately added to your account and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for:
Cosmetic skins and customization items
Season Pass purchases (Free or Elite tracks)
Ad-free time upgrades
Any other digital goods purchased on naagmoney.com
5. Exception: Technical Failures
If a payment is charged but the digital item is NOT delivered to your account due to a technical error on our end, you may request a refund within 7 days of the failed transaction. Email support@naagmoney.com with your transaction ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer for a valid digital purchase may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact support first — we will work with you to resolve any billing issue.
7. Account Bans
If your account is banned for violating our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund for any purchases made prior to the ban. Banned accounts retain their purchased cosmetics but lose access to the game.
8. Subscription Cancellation (Ad-Free)
Ad-Free time is purchased in fixed durations (e.g., 30 days, 90 days). There is no recurring subscription — your Ad-Free status expires automatically at the end of the purchased period. No cancellation is needed. Unused Ad-Free time is non-refundable.
